Continual online testing using statistical process control methods assures consistency of particle size, proper moisture percentages, tolerances for adhering skins, physical defects, foreign material and mico-biological properties.

The Hughson Nut, Inc. quality assurance department constantly monitors all processing using internal standards for quality that exceed those established by the U.S.D.A.

Our HACCP quality control has been in place since 1997.

Our in-house quality assurance laboratory enables us the perform microbial testing and chemical analysis using AOAC approved methods.

We are certified to apply propylene oxide treatment for additional protection from microbial contamination.

Hughson Nut, Inc. products are Kosher approved and certified for Passover.
